Lotus Skin & Beauty LLC designed these policies to ensure the best experiences. Please review before booking or making any purchases.

SCHEDULING

When making your reservation, you will be asked to supply a major credit card to guarantee your reservation WITH A DEPOSIT THAT GOES TOWARD YOUR SERVICES.

Please arrive on time. Lateness may cut your services down. If you are late, we may need to reschedule your appointment.

We DO NOT STORE ANY CREDIT CARDS OR PERSONAL INFORMATION

CANCELLATIONS

If you need to cancel or change your appointment, out of consideration of other guests and our team members, please do so 48 hours prior to your scheduled service. Same-day cancelations will forfeit the deposit.

NO SHOW POLICY

Guests who do not call or do not arrive will lose the deposit and will not be allowed to reschedule.

CONFIRMATION POLICY

Your appointment is confirmed by the scheduling system. As a courtesy, the system will send out an email and/or text reminder of your appointment 24 hours prior to your appointment. If the scheduling system or phone call, is unable to reach you, or unable to send a reminder, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments, and cancellation or no-show fees. 

UPON ARRIVAL

We recommend that you arrive 15 minutes early for all services.

Please allow 4-6 weeks of hair outgrowth prior to waxing services and be sure to notify us of any prescription medications you are taking. Please avoid sun exposure 24 hours before and after services.

ATTIRE

Dress comfortably. We suggest that you do not wear jewelry and valuables are left at home as we are not responsible for any lost or stolen items. It is recommended during a spa treatment that you remove your street clothing, although undergarments may be worn if preferred.

HEALTH CONSIDERATIONS

Please inform our aesthetician of any health concerns when making your reservation. Health conditions include, but are not limited to high blood pressure, allergies, other physical ailments, or disabilities. Please also notify us if you are pregnant so we can best accommodate your service.

QUIET PLEASE

To maintain our peaceful atmosphere, we ask that you turn off your cell phone while receiving services.

CHILDREN

This is your time to relax. We kindly request that children do not accompany you to your appointment visit unless they are scheduled for a service.

GRATUITIES

Gratuities are not included in our service prices. Eighteen to twenty percent is customary, however, this is only a guideline. For your convenience, we accept gratuity payments in the form of cash or credit/debit cards at the time of checkout.

RESULTS

Results may vary and are never guaranteed. We pride ourselves on completing a thorough consultation to agree on expectations of your result and sometimes your look may take some time to achieve.

REFUNDS & GUARANTEES

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the service you received from Lotus Skin &, Beauty LLC we would love the chance to make it right. Please call and schedule any adjustments within 3 days of your original appointment. Any products can be returned unused and exchanged. Refunds for services will not be given, except at the discretion of salon management.
